DYB League Franchise Renewal
Since most DYB leagues complete their annual franchise forms online, we will not be mailing 2023 franchise forms to your league address on record this year.
If you are not the 2023 league contact, please forward this information to the new league president or league contact.
Click on the link below to complete your 2023 Franchise form once you have determined the number of your 2023 teams in each age division.
2023 DYB Franchise Renewal Form
You will need to enter your Franchise Number (YXXXX) and Zip Code of your current league address on record as shown on the screen and click on Search to pull up your league’s 2023 franchise form.
Once you enter the number teams participating in your league, you can pay your franchise fees with a credit card or click on the dropdown to select an option to pay by check. If you select pay by check, please print your form and mail with your check.

- Our league will comply with all DYB franchise requirements, including but not limited to, DYB boundary requirements, local league rules, tournament playing rules, and the policies and regulations outlined in the current edition of the Official DYB Rules and Regulations.
- Our league will comply with Federal Public Law 115-126 – Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Authorization Act of 2017 ("Safe Sport Act") by formally adopting and implementing the DYB Child Protection Plan (a child abuse/molestation risk management plan) or a similar comprehensive plan. Our league will distribute the League's risk management plan to each authorized adult participant who is in regular contact with amateur athletes. Our league is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws including COVID-19 guidelines.
- Our league will conduct third-party criminal background checks which, at a minimum, search the National Criminal Database and the National Sex Offender Registry in all 50 states and maintain documentation of the successful passing for all managers, coaches, and other authorized adult participants in the league who have repetitive access to and close contact with minor athletes.
Note: Each League must certify to DYB that all managers and coaches on its all-star teams which participate in tournament play (including sub-district, district, and state tournaments and the DYB World Series) have successfully passed a criminal background check.
